Q.  Can I upgrade from an earlier version to version 6.0+?

Yes, version 6.0 has a special code block that takes all your old data from a previous version of Event Registration and imports it into the new version.  Please note that the event format has changed and all events that you plan to display will need to be updated.

Q. What if I do not like the new version and want to roll back to my previous version?

All earlier versions prior to 6.00.05 are not secure from SQL Injection and you should not use it.  However, that said, all the existing data tables from your earlier version will still be in tact on the server.  Any new data created in 6.0+ cannot be rolled back.

Q. Why did some of the plugins features go away?

The free version of the plugin available on WordPress Site is feature rich and is robust for most standard event management needs.  Due to the amount of time and development necessary to provide support for the plugin and its many features, it has become necessary to charge for more advanced versions.

Q. Do you still make custom modifications to the plugin?

Q. Do you offer a setup and configuration service for the plugin to be installed on a clients site?

Yes, for a nominal fee we can setup and configure the plugin on your site.
